REFUNDS / CANCELLATION
Original Art
If you decide the art piece you receive is different to what you expected, and you are not happy with it, then contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received and not have been used, marked or damaged in any way.
Excludes sale items***
To commence the return process you must contact Rose at info@rosehewartson.com.au to arrange the process. The artwork must be returned in strong, secure and protective packaging. Once the artwork is returned and checked over, and no damage has been incurred, a refund will be processed.
You must cover the cost of postage for the return, and this will not be refunded.
Prints
Please choose carefully. Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled and no refund can be given for change of mind or wrong decision. Your satisfaction is important to me. I do my utmost to ensure you will receive a beautiful high quality print - delivered straight to your door. If you have any specific questions of concerns that are outside of this policy, please contact me.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
Your item is handled with great care. In the unlikely event that it is damaged on receipt, please photograph the packaging BEFORE opening. Please also photograph the damaged artwork. Please CONTACT ME immediately with concerns and images. Notifications must occur within 7 days of delivery. Refunds and Returns will not be considered after 7 days of receipt.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
IN PERSON EVENTS
No refunds are provided for in person events unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you can't make an event you have booked a ticket for, you can transfer or gift your ticket to another person.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is permitted by this policy, please contact us at info@rosehewartson.com.au. We will verify our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.
