PRINTS

STEP 1 - we need to print that baby! All prints are made to order and printed with love. That takes around 2 days.

STEP 2 - Once it’s looking top notch it will be shipped to you. Shipping time depends on where you live.

If you are in Australia or the USA it "should" arrive in a week.

Anywhere else in the world -

Please allow two weeks for shipping. Good things take time!

Please allow time for customs in your own country

Shipping times are a guideline and shipping delays are outside our control. You will receive tracking information in your order confirmation. I recommend you review your tracking for updates.

ORIGINAL ART

Original Art is shipped from Australia. From the time of your order, your art will be shipped within 5 business days. Arrival time depends on the country you reside in.

TRACKING

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your product has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

International taxes and import fees might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient, if applicable.

These are no ordinary art prints. Quality and detail are important to me when I create a print for you from my original art. My art prints are a stunning and beautiful representation of the texture and fine detail of the original painting. They are the next best thing to owning an original art piece.

Printed on premium museum grade, sustainably sourced heavy weight fine art paper with a smooth matt finish. Archival inks and the latest Giclée printmaking techniques are used to ensure high quality, colour accuracy and consistency in the reproduction. 

All art prints are lovingly printed to order.

Your print will be on 200gsm Museum quality paper with a smooth finish.

I use Matt Paper for Art Prints

Smooth fine art paper combines the luxurious feel of traditional art paper with a smooth surface that highlights fine detail in images.

When I offer Photographic Prints they will be on Lustre Paper.

The lustre surface is a semi-gloss finish that has been the default surface used by photo labs for decades. The textured surface makes for less glare making the image easier to see at all angles

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION

Your satisfaction is important to us. We do our utmost to ensure you will receive a beautiful high quality print - delivered straight to your door. If you have any specific questions of concerns that are outside of this policy you can contact us HERE 

Please choose carefully. Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled and no refund can be given for change of mind or wrong decision.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Your print is handled with great care. In the unlikely even that it is damaged on receipt, please photograph the packaging BEFORE opening. Please also photograph the damaged artwork. Please CONTACT ME immediately with concerns and images. Notifications must occur within within 7 days of delivery. Refunds and Returns will not be considered after 7 days of receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

YOUR PRINT HAS ARRIVED - SLOW DOWN TIGER

Your print will be shipped rolled in a tube.

Please curb your excitement a little and take great care when removing your print from the tube. Once it is removed you will need to very gently unroll it. Firstly place it on a hard flat surface. I recommend placing some soft but heavy weighted items to flatten your print. Be very CAREFUL not to damage your print. Please check the "How do I unroll my print" section of this FAQ"s for more details and a video demonstration.

COLOUR COLOUR COLOUR

As you can see from my prints I love colour. An I know you do too. Unfortunately not all colour is equal. Computer screens have a glare and may show a different colour to other computer screens. A lot of love and care is put into producing a beautiful print with delicious colours - and displaying it in an accurate way, however what you receive may be slightly different to what you view on your computer. Please get in touch if you are concerned by the difference. 

FRAMING

Your prints include a white border which makes it super easy for framing. All you need to do is find a standard size frame (the same size as your print) and ever so carefully place the print in the frame. No matt is required. Of course - if you decide to level up and purchase yourself a beautiful crafted frame then a matt and frame is ideal. 

CARE FOR YOUR ART

Art and prints don’t go well with direct sunlight. Sunlight can cause deterioration of the substrate as well as fading. We take no responsibility if you hang your artwork in direct sunlight

When you take your print out of its tube, it will stay rolled up fairly tightly.

It is really important that you take this sloooooooowly. 

Your print is printed on thick high quality paper. And it will crease if you are not careful. 

It is better if you DON"T touch the printed side of your print.

Larger prints require two people to unroll carefully.

I recommend using towels until it is safe to put something heavier like books to flatten.

Leave for 24hrs.
