I arrived exhausted and left feeling nourished, relaxed and more centred. Rose's workshop was for me, a day to chill, have fun.  It was great to get lost in the process with no expectation to produce anything other than ‘be’ in the moment, and go with the flow.

Want to feel creatively free, inspired for life and courageous. 

Creating art has been such an important aspect in my growth journey and it can be in yours too.

You do NOT need to have a desire to be an artist, this is about fun, creativity and play.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

Adults

This workshop is for you if you would love to try something new.

Are willing to have fun with art. 

Maybe it's years since you’ve felt creatively inspired.

Maybe you've never created art since art class in Grade 6.

I've got you.

You get to spend time with me experiencing what it’s like to create freely with no restrictions? 

There is also some mindfulness involved. 

Because too many of us are running around doing so many things and forgetting ourselves in the process. 

I have designed a creative experience for you and will guide you through activities which create awareness and growth.

Which help you connect with yourself and nature.

Help you connect with your inner Pro Hart.

You will get to scribble, and splash paint until your heart’s content.

You will have the opportunity to tap into your creative intelligence.

You get to spend time NOT THINKING about anything - no responsibilities nothing.

How to let go

How to listen to your intuitive nudges

How to activate your creative flow

The abstract process of layering a painting

You will get to choose your last activity - continue with the abstract process or I can guide you in creating a piece from a selection of options.

WHO AM I

I am Rose Hewartson, Artist, Creative Arts therapist, Life Coach, Hypnosis and NLP practitioner. 

You don't need to know what all that means, just know I have a deep knowledge of how humans operate in this world and how to help navigate to a life of inspiration and freedom.

WHAT TO BRING

A bottle of water. 

Dressed in clothes that paint can be splashed on. An apron if you are worried about your clothes.
